bcIMC purchase of CHIP REIT - 16/08/2007

Buildingweb was the platform used by Halsall Associates when they completed physical due diligence for Bentall on behalf of bcIMC. Buildingweb also facilitated the tight timeframe process at the 11th hour, when final client feedback was incorporated into the reporting. This was completed live, while being visible to the client in both Vancouver and Toronto, in time for a meeting the same day. This avoided the usual 'mark-up and edit' delay that would ordinarily have cost this deal precious days. Bentall's team linked directly with the Buildingweb database to import portfolio level capital data into their pro forma
